consultants/reis-lima does not contain English content. It probably
needs to be moved to (Brazilian) portugese and a suitable translator
needs to provide an English version.

 Moved the file, thanks for the notice. About the missing "english"
translation, propably the l10n-portuguese should be contacted, or the
consultants team be guided to only add stuff where the english part is
directly done.

 From the website point of view this bug is fixed, the file isn't
wrongly addressed after the next rebuild, so closing the bug.
