Hello, there is a list code of conduct at
<http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/#codeofconduct>.

Would you please consider adding something like the
following to the list of rules?:

 * Do not send 'test' messages to determine whether your
   mail client is working, as this is a nuisance for other
   subscribers.
