Broken link to Bastille in Etch?

Dear Debian WWW maintainers,

The page http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=bastille has a link to http://packages.debian.org/etch/bastille which, the last few times I've tried it, has timed out (Safari gives me the message, 'Safari could not open the page "http://packages.debian.org/etch/bastille" because the server is not responding.'). Not sure if this is an outage or a broken link, but it seems fair to raise it on this list either way.
