can't reach debian.org

hello,

i can't reach debian.org.
the server refuses the connection

my machine got a debian etch
an the browser i'm using is

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de; rv:1.8.1.14) 
Gecko/20080404 Iceweasel/2.0.0.14 (Debian-2.0.0.14-0etch1)

by the way: i don't think that it is a browser
problem because lynx can't reach the site too.

other sites of the www are reachable 

i tried out to get the debian.org site from
a windows system- without problems.

are these problems caused by the ssl-disaster?
