I just noticed, that the german version of
http://www.nl.debian.org/ports/powerpc/
which has been out of date for a few days now, is not indicated so,
i.e. there used to be some text at the top of the page telling the
reader that the original is newer than the translation. This not is
not present on this page.

I will submit the translation in a few moments, so please contact me
so I can delay a translation suitably long to debug this (if that
should be necessary)

I'm not sure if this problem was explicitly fixed or if it has gone away
spontaneously, but in any case, it seems to be fixed.  For example,
http://www.debian.org/devel/testing.de.html correctly shows that the
translation is out of date.  I'm therefore closing this bug.
