What's wrong with http://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/? It lists many,
many sites which provide images.
Here is a German mirror:
ftp://ftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/debian/debian-cd/
Please note that other tools such as Jigdo are able to reuse previously
downloaded images (even from Woody or Sarge) and only need to fetch new
Debian packages, see
