Bug#363493: www.debian.org: many links to source packages in sarge updates (3.1r1, r2) broken

In security advisories, http://debian.org/security/2006/dsa-1005 for
xine-lib, the affected package is the source one, thus the link points
to http://packages.debian.org/src:xine-lib (for example).

I think we can change all these "affected package" links in pages
concerning a release update.

If people on debian-www agree, I will do the modification.
