file not found: debian/translation.wml

Hello everybody,

I can't figure out where to get that file, if that's the problem.

amp77@omnibook:~/webwml/romanian/CD$ make index.ro.html
wml -q -D CUR_YEAR=2006 -o UNDEFuRO:index.ro.html@g+w   index.wml -I ../../english/CD/
** IPP:Error: file not found: debian/translation.wml
** WML:Break: Error in Pass 1 (rc=1).
make: *** [index.ro.html] Error 1
