I changed the links from
http://cvs.infodrom.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/packages.debian.org-old
to
http://cvs.debian.org/packages/?root=webwml#dirlist

The old repository is still available on 
http://cvs.infodrom.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/packages.debian.org-old.
