http://www.debian.org/doc/ should point more clearly to the Debian Reference manual

Hello

I was having a look at the documentation for debian, looking for something similar to the FreeBSD handbook. I have found that most of the user guides are described as outdated. However the only one which is presented by the website as updated and complete, namely the Debian Reference manual, is on the fourth position of the list of users manuals, which make it harder to find. It gives the impression take all the basic debian documentation for debian is outdated.

I think this guide should be on the top of the list, or even better in its own category
( see http://www.freebsd.org/docs.html for instance )

I have no connection with the author of the debian reference manual so far :-)
