This list is auto-generated by grepping all the debian-user-* lists from
the mailinglist page. The Chinese lists weren't processed, because they
are not of the form "debian-user-.*@ldo".
I've added a little code that checks explicitly for those two lists now.
The changes should be online in a few hours.
