While I agree that this looks like a typo, it in fact isn't.

There is no missing "t". The english phrase is

  In cases where Developers need to implement compatible technical
  policies or stances ...

Here, "compatible technical policies" was originally translated as
"miteinander vereinbare technische Richtlinien".

"miteinander vereinbare" is the plural of "miteinander vereinbar",
meaning "compatible". In contrast to that, "miteinander vereinbarte"
means "stipulated" or "agreed upon", which completely changes the
meaning of the sentence.

In order to avoid misinterpretation by other readers who might also
suspect a typo in this phrase, I suggest to replace "miteinander
vereinbare" by "miteinander verträgliche" (also meaning "compatible"),
