You didn't CC the actual translator, you CCed the person who started the HOWTO (which later became a Manual). The translator, as can be glimpsed from the "README.translators" file in the ddp cvs is Alexander Schmehl <alexander@schmehl.info> I would appreciate if him, or any other translator willing, sent me a diff to the SGML fixing whatever typo you believe there is.
