There are some vendors that have an empty urldeb in their descriptions,
generating an empty href, with tidy dislikes (and is, probably, not
compliant with the web standards). 

The atached patch to vendors.CD.def adds a if to check for empty
strings. I'll apply it if there aren't objections.
