Working on search.debian.org, might get a bit bumpy

Hello,
I'm working on upgrading the code on search.d.o so there might be a
few strange things happening over the next few hours.

I've noticed the indexer was stuck and have fixed the bin/indexweb.sh
script. The problem was cached was killed and left a pid file. The
new cached was started but it saw the pid file and died. The indexer
then starts up, finds no cached and dies too.

The script now checks for the pid file, kills the pid in the file and
deletes the file, before starting cached. We can be pretty sure there
is only one cached running because the script has a run once only sort
of lock in it.

I will be upgrading to mnogosearch 3.2.10, up from 3.2.7. This will
help with various languages, except Japanese because we're still working
on this chasen problem.
