Sorry to bother you about this again, but I'm getting the same thing from
www.nl.debian.org now.

$ wget -q -O - --header="Accept-Language: nl" http://www.nl.debian.org/doc/ | grep 'html lang='
<html lang="no">
$

Is there something wrong again?
