Us web people, we don't maintain update-excuses output, and couldn't make it
shareable among http://ftp-master.d.o/ and http://packages.d.o/.

I hope you're not implying that you would like us to write a parser for the
generated HTML on http://ftp-master.d.o/, because that would be yet another
hack that would need maintenance, and we've got plenty of those already.

If you don't want it, I'll close the bug.
