Bug#483364: Two filled ITP bugs (by mistake)

Hi 

I have a recently open ITP on libmoose-policy-perl, since I need it
for another ITP as dependency. But now I noticed that, you allready
tooked ITP in [1].

I don't want to "steal" the ITP, I realised I did not found your one.
Are you still interestend on packaging it?
