Bug#271701: mail-notification debian package

A new package is up for download at the same place:

deb-src http://organact.mine.nu/debian unstable/

I haven't changed the version number because this will be the first
upload to Debian.
It should be uploaded soon.

fixed. files have been moved from /usr/share/help to
/usr/share/gnome/help. i sent a path to the upstream author.

IMO, those licenses needs to stay there so i added a lintian-override.

Using gimp, i created a 32x32 with 24colors xpm icon using
art/mail-notification.png.
