Dear friends,

Translating paths is a basic feature of any POSIX emulation layer, static or 
linked. Anyway :  I don't want to get rid of Cygwin. It will be here and 
handle path translation.

Anyway, this would be nice if we could also install native Windows packages in 
W32/Debian. All paths should be Unix, I agree.
