please give back pari on ia64

Dear Wanna-build admins,

Please give back pari 2.5.4-1 on ia64. Pari FTBFS was caused by a bug in gmp
#708264 which is fixed in gmp 2:5.1.2+dfsg-1.

I hope this is the right incantation.

dw pari_2.5.4-1 . ia64 . -m 'libgmp10 (>= 2:5.1.2+dfsg-1)'
