Please give back ns3 3.14.1+dfsg-1 on mips

Hi,

Could you please give back ns3 on mips? Building the software requires
quite some RAM and time, so it would be best to retry on a more
powerful buildd machine. If we don't have a machine capable for
building the software, NBS might be needed to remove older versions on
mips.
