For reference (or comparing and contrasting once there are answers)
the current "appointments" are listed at:
http://www.debian.org/intro/organization
It's not entirely clear which of these are informal positions and
which of them are official DPL delegates, even to the people holding
the positions in some case. OTOH, it's not particularly clear that this
actually matters in practice.
