I probably shouldn't get into this, but I don't see where Craig implied
that the SC wasn't a document; instead, he seems to be claiming that the
SC is not among the documents that may be modified by GR.

This seems to cover both the SC ("its relationship with other free
software entities") and DFSG ("nontechnical policy...."), as far as I
can tell.
