Re: iso-codes upload

Hi Alastair,

i just reviewed your package, and i would NOT recommend this package
suitable for an upload to volatile. Some more details below.

I am not sure where you got this information from, but madison tells me
something different....
 iso-codes |     0.44-1 |         sarge | source, all
 iso-codes |     0.47-1 |           sid | source, all

Based on 0.44-1 being in sarge i personaly do not think that 1.276.419
lines of patch are suitable for a package in volatile.

Additional the following things came to my attention:
 * the build system changed
 * the package FTBFS (see #321588)
 * old changelog entries changed.

It looks a little bit to me that nearly every file in iso-codes changed.
Please understand that i would note recommend the upload in it's current
state.

Greetings
Martin
