bts command `send-unmatched'

When i type command by email as follows:

send-unmatched old|-2
send-unmatched [old|-2]

Then BTS server tell me "Unknown command or malformed arguments to
command." with both above commands.

Yes, i'm now translating /Bugs/server-request
[https://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-request.en.html].

Is that dead command? Or am i someting wrong?
