I disagree, my recommendation is to install Outlook Express on wine ;).
I guess the only MUA that completely and always satisfies it's users
regarding to reliability is Mutt, but I know Mutt users who are to lazy
to set up Mutt for everything, so they sometimes use a second, GUI based
MUA for some tasks.
