I think, it's a problem of skype itself, too. What I'm trying to say is that ia32-libs and ia32-libs-gtk probably contain all of those libraries. If you want to keep your system light you should probably install the real 32-bit skype (not the pseudo-amd64 one), because that package will depend only on the 32-bit libraries it really needs.
