You can also query Debian website for any package:

http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages

For example:

http://packages.debian.org/lenny/all/apt-file/filelist

Or even search what package contains a binary by using the dropdown menu 
"package contents" option:

http://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=apt-file
