HI Paul
If you download the weekly snapshot of debian wheezy, network install, do it in windows and 
burn a CD from the iso image, you should be able to install over WIFI as long as you can put
your WIFI hub into WEP.
Once its up and running and you've installed, use manual selection for partitioning, then you keep your
partitions intact, you should be able to switch back to WPA.
