No I don't have any there:

 find /var/lib/defoma -type f

  /var/lib/defoma/status-cache
  /var/lib/defoma/fontconfig.d/fonts.conf
  /var/lib/defoma/fontconfig.d/id-cache
  /var/lib/defoma/scripts/fontconfig.defoma
  /var/lib/defoma/scripts/x-ttcidfont-conf.defoma
  /var/lib/defoma/type1.font-cache
  /var/lib/defoma/fontconfig.subst-cache
