A smidge of context would have been helpful.  Well, a smidge /more/ than
'SIP'.

I'd seen reference to the GNU Free Call project elsewhere.  But
otherwise this was just a tad on the terse side.

Well, I thought 'SIP' in this context, might have been enough.
