Same process.

Most of the time Debian bugs should be filed using the reportbug binary from 
the reportbug package.  Stuff like this really should have been caught by the 
DD by using lintian and piuparts before upload.  Make sure they haven't 
already been fixed by doing an update/upgrade "dance".  reportbug will also 
try and find other bugs related to the package; don't file a new bug if one 
already exists.
