I do not know the answer to your question, but dare I suggest that
in the future you put a little more forethought into choosing the
subject line of your post?  Think about someone else who may have
a similar question to yours.  They are searching the internet with
a search engine.  What are the chances of this thread seeming
relevant to them with a title like "how come..."?
