Dear Mr. Motamedi,

if those 2 little lines you gave in your OP (Original Post{er,ing})
are all what you want to provide in exact information, all I can say
is:
YOU DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH CRONTAB DISAPPERING
(shouting on purpose)

Thoses lines tell me:
root has a personal crontab entry which copies some files
from www's home directory(more precisely subdirs thereof)
into a *temporary* directory /tmp which is cleared on every reboot.
*All files in /tmp will be gone after the next reboot.*

If this isn't describing your observations correctly,
come back with more *precise* info, not just "It doesn't work
please help us".

Regards
  Siggy
