Issue with Vimicro webcam
Hi,
I hope get help on this mailist because i'd try many way and my issue
is always here :
I'm trying to install a Vimicro Webcam (recognized and listed at
mxhaard.free.fr/spca5xx.html) , USB IDs are : 0x0ac8 and 0x305b
I've tried to install it with easycam2 , easyspca , compiling module
source ... but nothing to do : when i try to start any software like
"webcam" , "camorama" ... , my system imediatly crashes :/
I've tried with many kernels , using repositories or with custom kernels :/
