You may have a look at: <http://www.archive.org/> wher the music
is stored on <ftp://audioXX.archive.org/> where XX is a number
between 00 and 99, 1000's TeraBytes of music to download...

I have around 1,7 TByte downloaded.

Oh yes,  --  <ftp://moviesXX.archive.org/> exist too.
