Definitely yes. See:

which was opened last week. It appears there is a build-depends issue
that has caused kdeaddons to be removed from Etch for the time being
and the kde metapackage is now not installable. This is not normal and
is a bug that will apparently exist until the C++ ABI transition is
sorted out.
