Sorry, never seen this in the last 5 years...

    no "/" because it ist the path to the Maildir

this is the right way, because if there is no match in your recipes
you will have something like

  __( '/tmp/2005-11-24.log' )___________________________________________

                             which is definitivly false

"procmail" add automaticly the "/" to all recipes at the beginning.
The DEFAULT= need the "/" because it IS the Folder like

    DEFAULT=$MAILDIR/

I am on <procmail@lists.rwth-aachen.de> since many years and know
what I am talting about.
