Well said Alvin.

And consider that on top of being a practicing black belt at 44 (with 
younger athletes in their 18-25 agonistic phase giving me a bloody hard 
time), I am also married with the same wife since 1982 so we could say 
that I am both skilled in martial arts AND in marital arts, which 
believe me demands stronger will and exercise than what is needed in the 
dojo :) :)
