tkdiff can't handle svn ?

Hello,

We have installed tkdiff version 4.0.2-0.1. As I understood, it should be 
able to handle subversion working directories, but it doesn't:

gru@CMDevLin2 >tkdiff hosts
File 'hosts' is not part of a revision control system.
gru@CMDevLin2 >svn -v status hosts
                1        1 root         hosts 
 
Liar ! ;)

When I look at the strace output, I can see that tkcvs checks for some 
version control systems, but not for svn.

Where is the error ?
