OK, so this is the right way to do it:)
Need to find a way to config Pine to do this right. If I hit Reply in Pine
it asks me if I want to Reply to all, in this case if I say Yes you would
be in the To field and Debian-user in the CC. If I say No to reply to all
then it only put you in the To field......
