If you wish to saturate your link with bulk traffic while maintaining
the responsiveness of interactive applications, the Wondershaper is what
you really need. I'm using it and it completely changed the way I use my
link. I can now SSH and play while running large file transfers in the
background, and the extra latency on the high priority traffic is barely
noticeable whereas it used to be unbearable.
