Re: change display resolution? 800x600-->1024x768



I had a similar issue with my install of Sarge...both times...
In my case, although I specified 1024x768 it didn't take. 
Adding 1024x768 to the monitor resolution section of
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 did the trick for me.

Take a look in /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 and see what it says about your monitor
resolutions.
