..exim or some other MTA. Their email winds up in your
pop3/imap/whatever account(s), where you fetch them.

..huh?  You don't wanna be an open relay?  Fetchmail plus exim is the
easy way out here.  You wanna go the big shot isp way, feel free. ;-)
