apt-get allways asks cd-rom

Title: Message
Hi,

i allways used dselect with my cd's to install software but now i want to do it via my internet link.
i did apt-setup and selected http, my country and the http site i want to use.
Then it updates its package list and a apt-get upgrade worked also.
But when i try something like
apt-get install synaptic (example) then i have to insert the cd-rom....?
why is that ? i thought that normally this should go directly to the http ??
same problem when using the dselect ==> access ==> http setting
it allways asks the cdrom.
i am after a proxy (squid) but this works fine (apt-get upgrade worked fine)

thnx.
