Driver for Orinoco 802.11a/b Combocard for Wireless LAN (Silver) (CardBus)

I was told there is a driver for the Orinoco 802.11a/b Combocard for
Wireless LAN (Silver) but I cannot find one.  This card has a CardBus
Type-II (32-bit) slot interface. Does anyone know of this driver? Here is
some data from my log files:
