Try this to identify all the Debian mailing lists in one whack:

# Debian lists ...
:0:
* ^X-Mailing-List: .*[<].*@lists\.debian\.org[>]
* ^X-Mailing-List: .*[<] *\/[^ ][^@]*
$MATCH

Adapted from the Procmail FAQ.  Works fine and you don't have to change it
if you subscribe to another Debian list.
