I've been to NYC. I've been all over Jersey. I had the misfortune of living in California. Even Jersey's worst is far better than the average Californian driver. One of my buddies in Victoria, BC cracked the joke, "Even [Québecois] drive better than Californians." I think it's a tossup, but he might be right. I'm pretty much convinced at this point that no Californian manages to make it to thier destination in one piece in the rain without divine intervention, totally colorblind or don't know what a traffic light is, and if thier turn signal is on, it was probably that way when they purchased the vehicle. -- .''`.
