Add a line like

Style "XTerm"      NoTitle

to your ~/.fvwm/.fvwm2rc . You can find examples of .fvwm2rc files at
/usr/share/doc/fvwm/sample.fvwmrc/ . See also /usr/share/doc/fvwm/README.Debian
